食物的飽和脂肪表 (Saturated fat content in foods)

攝食含有飽和脂肪的食物會增加你的血液中的膽固醇,低密度膽固醇(LDL壞的)太高時會增加心臟疾病和中風的風險。美國心臟協會推薦將每天得自飽和脂肪的熱量維持在5-6%,假如你一天需要2,000卡的熱量,120卡大約等於一天13公克的飽和脂肪。
    飽和脂肪在室溫下基本上呈固體狀態,大多來自動物性的食物,包括肉類和乳製品。許多烘培和油炸的食物也含有高量的飽和脂肪。少數的植物油例如棕櫚油,椰子油主要是由飽和脂肪構成。[10]
    以下有14個飽和脂肪表,按照食物的種類分類並依飽和脂肪的含量排序以利查尋。雙數字代表數據不只來自一個來源。
